EU-funded e-Infrastructures address the needs of researchers and innovators in Europe and Israel for transnational communication networks, high performance and high throughput computing, multidisciplinary data management and collaborative scientific software. By 2020, the EU will have invested more than €850 million in digital infrastructures through its Horizon 2020 e-Infrastructure programme.
IUCC ensures that Israeli researchers can take advantage of these e-infrastructures funded under the Horizon 2020 work programme, via its membership in GÉANT, the Vi-SEEM project and PRACE. This informative publication outlines the benefits and highlights some of the results.
